          Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

          Description

          This fully guided hunt for Merriams, Rio Grande and Hybrid Turkeys takes place in an area of Nebraska with a diverse range of habitats. Wooded draws and ridges, shelter belts and tree groves, heavily timbered river and creek bottoms make the perfect habitat to support large numbers of game. Enjoy a farm style lodge with private bedrooms, bathrooms and home cooked meals. You experienced guides are local and have grown up in this area giving clients the upper hand in making their hunt successful. Success rates have been 100% for many years and this is a first class operation!! Travel on the properties takes place in Pickup and new side by side UTV's with cabs and heaters for those cool spring mornings.

          A newer lodge will be base camp for this hunt. Clean, private bedrooms and bathrooms, living room and rec area make this a cozy lodge you'll enjoy spending your evenings after the hunt.

          Home cooked meals are served. Breakfast before the hunt, a lunch at the lodge or in the field and a hot dinner prepared in house will keep you full and happy. Snacks and drinks will be provided while in the field.

          Access by pickup and UTV is common. However, light hiking is required to get into position for setups. Terrain is mixed but not extreme and hunters should be able to walk for short distances to maximize hunting potential.


          Transportation (To/From Basecamp)

          Hunters are responsible for getting to and from basecamp. Airports in Grand Island and Omaha, NE are the most logical to fly into and rent a car to get to camp. Driving from your home is also acceptable and directions will be shared after booking.

          Description

          This is a typical Spring turkey hunt, cool to cold mornings fade into warm pleasant afternoons. Raingear is a must and waterproof boots are good to help keep feet dry from the morning dew on the grass.
