While this is a world renowned musky fishery, fisherman will also have opportunity to catch northern pike, walleye, and smallmouth bass.

    Muskie Season opens the 3rd Saturday in June and runs until December 15th. They migrate to the deeper water as the season progresses where they settle into their summer holes for some of the most consistent fishing we see. *THIS IS THE PRICE FOR ONE IN A GROUP OF 9 FOR 5 DAYS OF FISHING. *Fishing license and Ontario Outdoors card not included in the adventure price. Outdoor card is roughly $9 and fishing license is roughly $35. *AHT tax not included in adventure price. The tax is roughly 13% of the adventure price. ***You book by the room and there are 3 rooms per cabin. The more people you bring the lower your rate!!

    Refund Policy:

    Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

This fishing adventure includes meals and lodging and 5 days of fishing with a boat and gas supplied! Lodging will be bunk style unless group sizes are large enough to fill entire cabins. While this is a world renowned musky fishery, fisherman will also have opportunity to catch northern pike, walleye, and smallmouth bass. This only an offer for 2022!

    Musky Palooza guests book a room coinciding to the number of beds required (1 bed, 2 bed, 4 bed, or 4-9-person cabin). Each waterfront cabin has its own heat source (wood burning and/or propane). Each cabin has a full bathroom (flush toilet and shower). All bedding, towels and linens provided. *NOTE – For the Musky Palooza only you would be sharing a cabin unless booking all beds. Game room (shuffle board, pool table, board games, high speed internet, and satellite television)

    Hot breakfast every morning in the lodge. Delicious dinner every evening in the lodge (Pasta, Roast Pork Loin, Chili, Turkey). Boxed lunch to take on the water (Note no lunch is provided on arrival day). Cash Bar (local beer on tap, liquor and mix).

    The landing is located on the island and easily accessible from the main lodge and local cabins.


    Transportation (To/From Basecamp)

    Fisherman have a few options to get to camp. Best airport to fly into is International Falls, Minnesota and drive a car to get to the lodge. It is roughly a 2 hour drive from the airport. Fisherman can also fly into Winnipeg and drive to lodge. This is roughly a 3 hour drive. If private jets are used there is a small airport and airstrip in Dryden, Ontario near the lodge.

    Description

    This is a fisherman's paradise with all the amenities provided for a great 5 days of fishing. The lodge provides WIFI, satellite TV, bedding, a game room, and a cash bar stocked with beer and liquor for a great get away. All meals are provided with steak nights and homestyle cooking and fresh foods. Rods, reels, and lures can be provided but it is best to bring your own gear if you have it. Check out the guides tackle recommendations for Musky fishing: A medium-heavy, heavy Musky or extra heavy casting rod is needed to handle lures ranging from 1oz-8oz. A large casting reel mounted with 65-100lb test braided line with separate 80-100lb fluorocarbon leaders attached is required when targeting Musky. Large plugs like the "depthraider" and "jake", inline spinnerbaits like the "double cowgirl" and large plastic rips baits like the "Super D" lures are all examples of classic and proven lures for Muskies here on Eagle Lake. There are many variations of all types of Musky lures. Your local tackle shop floor sales manager will know about everything listed here and be able to help you out on your quest for trophies. teeth from cutting the line during battle.
