Description
This is a great 3 day hunt with lodging included in Iowa. Southeast Iowa, once a well kept secret is rapidly becoming recognized as one of the premiere turkey hunting areas anywhere. These hunts will have ground blinds set up and ready for hunters upon arrival. Outfitter has a ranch house, cabin, and new lodge. Hunters are responsible for meals, either cooking in the cabins or eating in local restaurants. Non-hunters are a possibility with no extra charge, please inquire if interested. If necessary, extra days can be added to the hunt for no extra charge. Outfitter owns and operates 800 acres of prime habitat for turkeys. This hunt must be applied for, but outfitter has never had a person not draw their tag. Fall hunts may be arranged, but those are only offered to RESIDENTS of Iowa. If hunter is a Iowa resident and would like a fall hunt, please inquire.

Refund Policy:
Deposits are not refundable. When you make a deposit or payment that money is used to reserve your adventure dates and we cannot sell them to anyone else. If for some reason you have to cancel, you will lose your deposit and any payments you have made. If you are concerned that you might get sick or otherwise have to cancel, we suggest buying trip insurance. There are insurance companies that specialize in providing insurance policies for outfitter bookings and hunts. One such company we recommend is globalrescue.com. It is also our policy, depending on the adventure you booked and at our discretion, that if you have to cancel and we are able to book a replacement for you at the regular price we will work with you to apply your deposits to another adventure. Please note that we cannot refund or roll state or government license fees, application fees, draw results, or tags.

This lodge is a 60x54 post and beam gambrel barn located on 835 acres of white oak and red oak timber along with a 15 acre bass and crappie pond. The 1000 sq ft hay loft with 4 bedrooms and a balcony looks down to the great room. Along with the great room, downstairs has a kitchen, two large bathrooms with showers, and a storage room with a washer/dryer and an extra freezer and refrigerator.

Transportation (To/From Basecamp)
Final flight destination city is Des Moines, Iowa. Hunter will be required to rent a car to get to camp (approximately 1.5 hour drive). Field Transportation provided.

Description
Hunter should be prepared for a ground blind hunt. Warm clothing and layers are a must. Hunter should be prepared to hunt early mornings and evenings which may be cooler in temperature. Outfitter will provide field transportation and access to private land. Full gear list to be provided when booked.
